Cocoon Shop deliver to the following countries:
UK, Ireland, Denmark, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus , Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France (inc. Monaco), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Orders are picked and packed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). The cut off for getting your order despatched the same day is 3pm for Royal Mail Priority or Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm. If your order is placed after this time it will be picked and packed the following working day.

UK & Northern Ireland - 3pm Thursday 21st December
Ireland, Belgium, France. Luxembourg - 3pm 16th December
Denmark, Austria, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain - 3pm 15th December

Delviery is free when you spend over £15. We send using a tracked delivery service.
Orders under £80 are sent out by Royal Mail Standard. You have the option to upgrade to Royal Mail Priortity (95% Next Day Deliery) or Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery by 1pm.
Orders over £80 can be upgraded for free to Royal Mail Priority with 95% delivered Next Day (Monday to Saturday).
We also offer a Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm

All deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.
Tracking your Order
- Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Before 1pm - Guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm Monday to Saturday. Signature required.
- Royal Mail Priority Tracked - 95% delivered day after despatch but allow 1 to 2 days. No signature required.
- Royal Mail Standard Tracked - 2 to 3 days from despatch. No signature required.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping notification with your tracking reference number.
Royal Mail will collect your order and take it to the outbound depot where it will be sorted and scanned. This is when you can start tracking your order.
It will then head to the inbound mail centre for further sorting. It is scanned again at this point. It is taken to your local delivery office. It is scanned again at this point. You will also receive an SMS or email notification to let you know your order is on it's way.
Your local post office will deliver the parcel and scan it upon receipt of goods. If you are not in and your order can not be left safe it will be sent back to your local delivery office. They will scan it once it and you will be sent a notification to let you where your order is and if you would like to re-arrange another time for delivery or if you would prefer to collect it.
Once you have received your despatch notification with trackin code all further SMS or email notifications are handled by Royal Mail not by Cocoon Shop.
Orders outside the UK
Orders to countries outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail and national carriers as appropriate. A flat rate delivery charge of £5.99 applies. Expected delivery time is 3 to 5 working days after despatch.
We may split your order into two or more batches due to Royal Mail's insurance policies.
Delayed or Lost in the Post orders
Firstly our customer service team is on hand to handle any issues which may arise. We are a 5 star rated Google Certified Shop so you can be assured you will be well looked after.
Royal Mail is a very reliable service and it is very rare that anything is delayed or lost in the post. However if this ever does occur to your order please allow for the below:
For UK orders sent by Royal Mail Priority Tracked and Standard Tracked
we are unable to make any enquiries into the whereabouts of your product until 7 working days have elapsed.
For UK orders sent by Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Before 1pm
we are unable to make any enquiries into the whereabouts of your product until 5 working days have elapsed.
For orders outside the UK
we are unable to make any enquiries until 20 working days have elapsed.
Ordered incorrectly or received an incorrect item
We try our very best to ensure your experience with us is a positive one. It is very rare that a mistake is made with an order, but if this does happen to you please contact us
and we will rectify the mistake as quickly as possible with no cost to yourself.
If you have ordered an item incorrectly please contact us
and we will direct you as to how to send the incorrect item back to us for a refund so you can purchase the correct item.
We trust in our delivery service to deliver your order in an acceptable state. If this is ever not the case and you find you are in possession of an order which has been damaged in transit, please contact us
and we will replace the damaged item and organise a free returns to send the damaged item back to us. We want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us!
